About Erica
I’ve spent the past decade and a half coaching top performing leaders, from a CEO of a billion dollar tech startup, to Chief People & Culture Officers, to PhD scientists and a COO of a billion dollar specialist pharmacy, to VPs of non-profit, life sciences and financial services companies, along with Executive MBA candidates and high potential leaders at one of the world’s leading technology companies.
