About Flying Colors
I partner with senior leaders during leadership moments that matter—when the work is complex, the environment is in motion, and clarity and judgment are essential.
My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching and people and culture advisory. It helps leaders activate strategy, capability, and culture—especially when the organization and the behavior must shift together.

About the Work
Leadership today is less about control and more about judgment. Senior leaders operate inside conditions where strategy, execution, people, technology, and identity collide. They’re expected to drive change while delivering results and helping others through uncertainty—often without clear leverage points.
In these moments, leaders aren’t lacking talent. They’re operating without enough clarity about what matters next, and how to create movement inside what they’re leading.
I help leaders see the system they’re in, understand how behavior is shaped under pressure, and make deliberate choices about what to amplify and what to let go. This is where clarity becomes a capability—not a personality trait.
Leaders typically come to me for cleaner decisions, steadier execution, and a leadership approach that is effective without becoming performative.

About Erica
I’ve spent over two decades working inside complex organizations at the intersection of leadership, behavior, culture, and change. My background spans executive coaching, large-scale transformation, and talent and organizational work—grounded in behavioral science, systems thinking, and real-world execution.

How I work is shaped by a few core beliefs:

-
Clarity changes behavior.
-
People do their best work when they feel grounded—not performative.
-
Leadership is a human practice, not a role to play.
I don’t believe in leadership theater, one-size-fits-all frameworks, or quick fixes. I believe in honest reflection, thoughtful dialogue, and forward movement that fits the reality leaders are actually facing.

My role isn’t to tell leaders who to be. It’s to partner with them—to help them elevate their leadership approach, build their own leadership system, and lead in ways that are both effective and human.

-
You’re a senior leader driving change and want a better outcome this time
-
You’re open to experimenting and learning as you lead—not just executing harder
-
You recognize the system has to change, not just the people
-
You’re ready to let go of what worked before to operate differently now
-
You want clarity, leverage, and momentum—not more activity

It’s also for talent and people leaders who thoughtfully sponsor senior leaders and understand that leadership work requires trust, judgment, and care.

This may not be for you if you’re looking for quick answers, surface-level motivation, or leadership as performance.
