Strengths and Derailment Coaching – Utilize the StandOut® – Strengths assessment over a three-month period to define and anchor into your strengths.
Sprint Work – Get specific results fast with sprint work coaching. This is geared towards leaders who need a measurable deliverable and desire to meet 2-3x a week, for up to 2 hours each time, to achieve their goal.

Team Coaching – Collaborate over a 6-12 month period to build team cohesion, performance, and impact. Develop operating norms, establish a communication rhythm, and learn methods to increase engagement and effectiveness.
